at Pebbles Gallery in Allendale in June and July 2009.

Garden Station
The Garden Station is a restored Victorian railway station
in a woodland garden in Langley on Tyne and Lapwing have
run many successful and inspirational workshops here.
The
Aurora Project
The Aurora Project supports arts and crafts throughout the
North East and Lapwing is a member of this Network.
Shepherds
Dene Retreat House
Shepherds Dene is the Retreat House for the Dioceses of
Newcastle and Durham. Beautifully situated in the Tyne valley
is a truly wonderful location for our workshops.
The
Bakehouse Gallery
The Bakehouse Gallery is an intimate gallery which supports
local artists, jewellers and crafts people. A little gem!
You will also find items for sale by Lapwing members and the
Gallery hosts our creative workshops.
The
Alnwick Garden
The Alnwick Garden is a wonderful visitor attraction which
features inspirational waterfalls and gardens and has hosted
our workshops in The Tree House with the Elderberries Group
and we were able to participate in their educational and fun
Science Weekend in 2008.
Janome
Visit this site and see the creative possibilities of their
embellisher - which we have used in a wonderfully creative
workshop exploring the use of recycled fabrics and materials
- look out for a repeat in 2009.
